Summary

Desistimiento: procedencia.

La Generalidad de Cataluña, la Junta de Galicia y el Gobierno Vasco plantean, respectivamente, conflicto positivo de competencia frente al Gobierno de la Nación, por estimar que el Real decreto 672/1985, de 19 de abril, por el que se dictan normas sobre la Promoción Exterior del Turismo, vulnera las competencias de dichas Comunidades Autónomas.
