Don Rafael Cruz Torres solicita el nombramiento de Abogado y Procurador del turno de oficio a fin de interponer recurso de amparo contra la Sentencia de la Audiencia Provincial de Tarragona que, en apelación, revoca la del Juzgado de Instrucción núm. 1

de Vendrell y absuelve a los acusados de la falta de coacciones. Invoca la vulneración de los derechos consagrados en el art. 24 C.E.
