Doña Petra Cabral Ordóñez contra Sentencia del Tribunal Central de Trabajo que estimando recurso de suplicación interpuesto por el Instituto Nacional y Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social revoca la de la Magistratura de Trabajo y declara la nulidad

del alta de la recurrente en amparo, en el Régimen Especial de Empleados del Hogar por ser sobrina carnal de la empleadora. Art. 14 C.E. Solicita justicia gratuita.
